Summary

As a Payroll & Benefits Manager and fully qualified accountant, my experience has enabled me to understand how a business works from a financial and strategic point of view. My attention to detail is impeccable, I take pride in everything that I do and I always strive to achieve the best results for my employer. I have an excellent understanding of the principles and practices of accounting, bookkeeping and payroll, which I feel are imperative in order to work well at high levels within any company.

Since 2017 I have been solely responsible for the payroll function in my last two roles and I feel that I can make a significant contribution to all aspects of employee remuneration as it is where my strengths lie. Working in a company where staff are the main asset, I know how important it is to ensure that they are paid correctly every month. I am meticulous when carrying out the payroll process end to end and feel ready for my next challenge as a Payroll & Benefits Manager.
