Summary

I have 13 year’s experience in education, ensuring the safety and welfare of the children in my care is of the upmost importance. I am flexible in my approach as I need to respond rapidly to my environment to ensure that high standards are continually met. Meeting deadlines and schedules is essential to an organised working environment. It is imperative that I complete reports, paperwork from external agencies and assessments in a timely manner to ensure the children’s wellbeing and success is at the centre of everything that I do. Through regular communication and excellent interpersonal skills, I managed to form a strong team who have been praised by senior leadership for excelling in their area of expertise. Last year, the baseline prediction for the children’s attainment was 35%. Through taking time to research a range of methods and working with external partners, the end result increased to 78%.
