Summary

A motivated law student with a strong interest in family and social justice. Through my work with Cafcass and the Family Justice Young People’s Board, I have contributed to improving how children’s voices are heard within the family justice system. I have participated in Voice of the Child conferences attended by legal professionals, including former President of the Family Division Sir James Munby, to discuss and highlight the changes needed to better support young people in legal proceedings. I have also gained practical legal experience through the University of Portsmouth Legal Advice Clinic, where I supported clients by conducting legal research, drafting case summaries, and assisting in the delivery of free legal advice under supervision.
