I am an energetic, well-spoken and a passionate person. I am an expert at helping customers with whatever they need. I am someone who thrives on delivering fantastic customer service and whose goal is to become one of the best at everything I do. I have substantial IT experience and possess a real desire to succeed and make a difference. I am cost focused yet at the same time able to drive “value” and can think in new ways to get things done. Throughout my education and work experience, I have used my knowledge and expertise to make the right decisions consistently. Right now, I would like to work for a company that has an environment where I can learn and implement my skills to benefit both myself and my company for now and in the future. Skills I am patient and polite when it comes to customer complaints and issues and can deal with them in a professional manner. I am a highly motivated person who can work as part of a team or on my own. I have excellent numeracy and verbal skills I have good communication skills and have an interest in helping people whenever I can.

• I am currently volunteering at a youth club in Smethwick
• My duties there include:
• Going in early and helping to set up all the facilities in the youth centre in preparation for all the visitors to take part in various activities such as table tennis, snooker and various other activities that are held there.

Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award

• Currently working towards completing the Duke of Edinburgh Award
• Essential skills which I have learned such as Teamwork, self-awareness and problem solving
• Also contributed in stalls which required planning and raising money for charity and expedition
