Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for production and coordination of Sqn Trg programme.
2. Ensure operational capability of unit Ops cell and unit vehicle fleet.
3. Control and direct the Sqn Recruiting team.
4. Assist the Sqn with all G3/G7 planning.
5. Ensure Sqn personnel have completed all individual training.
6. Ensure Sqn has sufficient qualified personnel.
Responsibilities :
Conducting internal Validations of over 220 residential courses. During the course validation the responsibilities of the validation officer are : -
a. Documentation checks against the Formal Training Statement.
b. Conducting lesson content monitoring.
c. Interviewing students, Instructors and line managers during a Validation.
d. Analysing the data of internal course critiques.
e. Analysing the results of objective tests, using TAFMIS and similar systems where appropriate.
f. The Production of question banks, course critiques and test papers.
g. Chairing meetings with Commanders, Officers, Training Managers and Instructors.
