• Led searches across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia for senior leadership roles in hospitality – including CEO, Managing Director, Executive Chef, COO and Operations Director.
• Worked closely with the Founder to build tailored search strategies for luxury hotels, restaurant groups and private members' clubs.
• Took ownership of research, candidate outreach, qualification calls, scheduling and referencing – often juggling multiple international time zones.
• Built trusted relationships with candidates and clients alike, known for clear communication and diligent follow-through.
• Supported the firm's expansion into the GCC region during the COVID-19 pandemic – helping to establish a pipeline of talent for clients in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
