After 13+ years in the recruitment sector, I'm now looking to step away from the industry and would love the opportunity to work for a company directly in either a business development or account management capacity.
I set up Prosource Partners alongside 2 other contacts in the recruitment industry who also had an existing recruitment business. We quickly scaled from a team of 3 to a team of 8 after 6 months. I am responsible for overseeing the renewable energy arm of the business for both permanent and contract hires, predominantly across Europe, supported by 2 other employee's within our organisation. I am partnered with clients in the renewable energy sector including Investors, Developers, EPC's, O+M, etc. Also responsible for;

- Establishing strong rapport with stakeholders to enhance business credibility
During my time with the business, I have signed terms of business with over 40 clients and personally billed over £500,000 across 2024 and 2025.
I decided to set up Green Partners Group after 8 years of recruitment experience working for 2 other companies. During the 3 years of operation, we scaled to a team of 4 staff. The business focused purely on the recruitment of professionals within the renewable energy sector, predominantly within Wind, Solar and Battery Storage. I was also responsible for;
- Developing comprehensive business plans for company growth
- Overseeing financial planning, ensuring stability of the company
- Establishing solid partnerships for enhanced market presence
During my time with the business, I was able to sign terms of business with over 30 clients within the renewable energy sector, making placements with over 20 different organisations and generating revenue of over £400,000.
During my time with SSA Recruitment, I was responsible for building out the renewable energy arm of the business from scratch, firstly across the MENA region and then across APAC. This consisted of many hard hours of business development by way of phone activity and face to face meetings in order to win new business which I was then able to successfully deliver on.
Achievements during my time with the business include;
2016 - Achieved 108% of yearly target
2017 - Achieved 128% of yearly target
2019 - Achieved 107% of yearly target
2019 - Promoted from Senior Consultant to Divisional Manager
This was my 1st job in the recruitment industry where I was mainly working alongside Senior Consultants to assist with candidate delivery on trade and labour hires. Was also responsible for picking up a targeted amount of leads on a weekly basis to then either pass onto 1 of my Senior's or carry out my own business development activity to win my own clients and then account manage them.
During my time with Power2Contact, I was responsible for visiting both domestic and commercial premises in order to cover debts owed on credit cards or utilities (gas, electric, water). If collecting payment in full was not an option then I was responsible for setting up an agreed payment plan. For any outstanding utility debt I was unable to resolve, I was then responsible for attending a magistrates court in order to obtain a warrant of entry so that we could enter the property with a locksmith and disconnect the supply.
