My 3-year employment with North Lanarkshire Council has enabled me to become a loyal professional with strong foundations in customer service and speaking with the public. My role has helped me develop skills in stock maintenance and has taught me how to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude under timed pressure. I am an enthusiastic, hardworking employee and a quick learner who thrives in close-knit teams; consistently boosting morale with a smile on my face.
I am a hard-working and enthusiastic person who is always keen and quick to learn new skills. I have volunteered in many different environments which has helped me build confidence in working and communicating with people from all walks of life. From volunteering with the Caledonia Gladiators professional basketball team to assisting at my churches children's groups and holiday camps. Through both of these opportunities, I have been able to develop my skills in working within a team, engaging with the public and liaising with staff and other volunteers.
I am currently a student living in St Andrew's for university and will be beginning my second year in September.
