Experienced senior support worker offering just over 2 years of experience in the care sector and years of experience working with animals as I grew up on a farm.
I am a very kind and nurturing individual who has a real passion for working hard and achieving my goals. I believe in teamwork and communicating with my fellow colleagues as well as being a support network for them. I have worked in a care setting with adults with learning disabilities and have thought of them as my own family, I thrive on helping others achieve and supporting them to live fulfilling and joyful lives. I am known for talking and this shows in my communication skills, I believe there is nothing more important than communicating especially when it comes to a job being done. I have experience in completing audits, handling and checking money, medication administration and ordering, meal prep and cleaning.
I worked on a working farm when I was growing up and was surrounded by animals my entire childhood. No animal is to big and I have a particular soft spot for dogs, cats and cows. I have many skills and am more than happy and willing to learn and develop even further in my professional life.
Whilst I was only young working here, I used
to feed, clean and change beddings, groom, walk and take care of many animals.
