Working within a team, the mobile role I carried out took pressure from the workshop by carrying out jobs at the customers home or workplace, whilst providing convenient repairs and customer service

In this role I worked mobile covering all of Scotland, carrying out my own daily workload which includes 85% of warranty work, safety recalls, diagnostics and general service and repair. This role was mainly fleet based around vans at customers own sites to reduce time off the roads. Customers included Asda, Enterprise and Hertz.

I was offered a full time position with Arnold Clark upon completion of my 3,year apprenticeship where i completed a MOT testing course and undertook Basic engine building, Clutch replacement, Chassis repair,Basic wiring, ford training.

I also worked towards Diagnostic technician in this role
