While concurrently serving as a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant, I focused on reducing manual effort and streamlining processes using Power Apps and Power Automate. I developed innovative tools:

• Address Workday limitations, such as automating contract loading into Workday and creating tools for team resource forecasting.
• Built a customer-facing solution for automated data quality feedback.
• Developed a catalog-like system for the automated deployment of Workday integrations with the appropriate configurations.

As a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant, I delivered complete integration suites for clients throughout their Workday implementation, from pre-sales to Go-Live.

• Responsible for ensuring full compliance with Workday's delivery assurance standards.
• Worked with high-profile clients under tight deadlines across a vast range of functional areas. Role had a 50/50 split between client facing activities & technical development.
• Specifically for Zinc, I have implemented background checking solutions including HireRight and Sterling, and built integrations with systems such as ICIMS, SAP, SmartRecruiters, and Greenhouse.

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, I specialised in designing and building integrations between Workday and external vendors, handling both inbound and outbound data flows.

• Worked across modules such as HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Payroll, and Workday Help, delivering tailored, robust solutions to meet client needs.
• Expertise in creating complex, custom integrations using Workday Studio.
• Role was split approximately 70/30 between technical development and direct client engagement, ensuring a balanced focus on solution delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Developed and maintained automated tests for KainosSmart, ensuring accurate configuration and user access validation in client Workday tenants. Utilized Java with Selenium for UI tests and Workday Web Services for API-based testing, delivering robust weekly testing cycles.
