Great team worker and experienced of working within a fast paced operation, possessing excellent management and organizational skills and having the ability to work with the minimum of supervision whilst leading a team of 35 or more people and focusing on Health and Safety at all times. Having a proven ability to lead by example, consistently hit targets, improve best practices and organize time efficiently. My philosophical studies background make me a perfect Lover of Knowledge, always ready to learn new skills. I am not afraid of new challenges , I find them inspirational for new ideas to put into practice. I love to find different views. Due to the pandemic situation I have had to adapt and find jobs that were different to my previous working history but I took advantage of this and I have learnt new skills. The experiences in warehouse, dispatch, food factory and manufacturing either as general operator, or as in management role have given me the most comprehensive view of how to run any type of business and now I am looking forward to make a significant contribution as a team leader or Manager with a company that offers a genuine opportunity for progression.
