Key Contributions

Contributed to the creation and roll out of Meta’s EHS & Facilities Engineering IFM Procedural Review Program, a global initiative to evaluate and strengthen vendor safety management systems across all high-risk operational topics. Played a key role in developing review tools, implementing desktop and on-site validation
processes, and driving measurable improvements in procedural compliance and overall safety performance.
• Supported the development and execution of Meta’s Global Post-Evacuation Review Program, standardizing the company’s approach to post-incident analysis and lessons learned following emergency events, resulting in stronger global preparedness and knowledge sharing.
• Developed and continue to manage the Contractor RAMS Program across EMEA, establishing a consistent framework for the review and approval of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). This program has strengthened control assurance, improved compliance visibility, and enhanced overall contractor safety performance.
• Led the launch and rollout of Fire Warden Training across Ireland via
the Cornerstone learning platform, coordinating inputs from Facilities, Global Security, GSOC, and Culinary partners. Developed and delivered targeted communications to drive engagement and awareness, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and strengthening site-level emergency response capability across all Irish locations. Currently rolling out the same program across Meta’s London offices.

As a member of the senior leadership team, I led all aspects of EHS operations for Ireland's largest theme park with a focus on proactive risk management, safety innovation, and leadership development.
• Established and implemented an EHS management system aligned with company values and industry best practices.
• Cultivated a proactive safety culture, ensuring a secure environment for over 500 employees in diverse operational areas.
