I am a calm, reliable, focussed and hard working Commis Chef versed in supporting senior chefs in quality food preparation. I have experience in running my own station across multiple categories within a professional kitchen.


As an ambitious young chef I am particularly interested in working in a kitchen environment which will support my on going development and career aspirations. My goal is to secure and maintain a full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing my interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.


I am a fast learner and dedicated to deliver high quality dishes and exceed customer expectations.


Outside of the kitchen I enjoy travel, music, skiing, gaming, football and modifying recipes.
