During my apprenticeship, my aftersales manager pushed me to become more involved with diagnostic work early on, as he believed me to become a future master technician. During my 2nd year I was given the opportunity to have my own ramp, diagnostic tester and equipment, ever since then my knowledge and understanding of vehicle networks, fault finding, actuators, sensors etc... has grown and grown. Along with this my confidence. Not long after finishing my apprenticeship, I was put into an exam to assess my skills. I passed all of the exams and become one of the youngest Audi diagnostic technicians in the country at 24 years of age. I'm currently on the pathway for master technician. I take pride in my work and always try and achieve the best.
