Gained my Dangerous Goods (ADR) licence with Gregory's in November 2024.

• Handled dangerous goods cautiously during delivery and collection, decreasing risk factors considerably.
• Loaded vehicle, properly securing items using straps to prevent damage.

Returned as a Class 1 Night Driver, predominantly driving longer semi-trailers (LSTs). Later carried out a mix of Class 2 Multi-Drop work and Class 1 work.

Started out as a Class 2 Driver who then completed their Class 1 qualification with Peter Green in September 2022. This job role involved multiple nights away.

• Kept accurate driving hours records and complied with tachograph laws.
• Carried out tramping and trunking, meeting daily delivery targets.
• Tolerated high levels of stress when driving long distances and new routes.
• Secured lorry loads appropriately to eliminate damage and risk.

Gained my Class 2 qualification with Hunts Food Group.

• Exhibited excellent communication skills to deliver high quality customer service.
• Conducted daily walkaround checks to verify vehicle roadworthiness.
• Performed numerous full load and multi-drop deliveries, consistently working within company targets.
• Maintained clean, compliant company vehicles, performing interior and exterior washing and safety inspections.

I started at Hunts Food Group as a helper before gaining my drivers license and becoming a van driver for Hunts and Thorner's.
