Summary
I have done several different jobs giving me experience and skills I can transfer throughout tasks given to me. This has greatly increased my confidence, ability to deal with situations which can be difficult, and building customer and professional communication skills. Having my SIA renewed recently, I have a refreshed knowledge of a Level 3 First Aid, updated modules, health and safety. My time serving 1/151 Highland Infantry and Black Watch built my team building skills, using various equipment and gained the rank of Lance Corporal within 6 months, which was the end of my basic training. My current job comes with a high expectation and trust from customers while handing over their car delivering the car. My appearance and demeanour has to be at the highest of levels in order to keep up this level of trust. Ensuring that I give the most professional experience.
