In my current role, i am part of the Halewood Industrialisation squad for EMA. This requires me to introduce build processes to specific build lines. Fundamentally, we assess process feasibility, initially, virtually against safety quality and volume targets. Ensuring BOP compliance, impact on existing facilities and DFA rules. This in done within the Agile framework and mindset which allows me to deliver work iteratively at pace.

I worked in this department through programs 19.75MY to 21MY. Gained strong working knowledge of the following process and procedures. WCPA, SIPs, Fresh Eyes, EQI, Gap Plan and CDVR measurements, R202, QFA, GRC, EBHS, Static and Dynamic 25MDE, Control Plans, OKTS, Batch and Hold. This period was full of challenges and constant changes, as all launches are. Every issue that presented itself was quickly gated to protect the customer, investigated to understand root cause, containment implemented, RIS issued, with a robust countermeasure implemented using DMAIC.

Working on programs 14MY L538 15MY L550 and 16MY L550/538 I worked on build phases from M1 to MP1. Always working collaboratively, we ensured all build concerns / issues were captured and managed through AIMS to provide robust countermeasures ensuring we could produce quality vehicles on time to the customer. During these launches iprovide training for over 200 associates, all training provide gave these associates the required competencies to produce vehicles safely, at the right quality and the desired volume
