Key Responsibilities:
Creating and taking ownership of reports/documents that function and fulfil audit compliant project management reporting infrastructures; as to support and enable the ISCF Commercialising Quantum Technologies Challenge Program - and a number of other challenges across the wider ISCF portfolio.
This included full ownership of the tracking and the management of 100+ projects - against conventional metrics such as - cost, risk, exploitation, scope and planning - with each project ranging from £50k to £20m - across a scientifically pioneering portfolio that in total represented over £150m of government investment.
Taking ownership of risk management systems - and ownership of benefit realization models - from their inception - to their in-flight monitoring - to their delivery.
Organizing and maintaining monthly meetings with senior government and internal stakeholders, and creating/maintaining the information packs to support the monthly meetings - for both the ISCF quantum challenge, and the National Quantum Technology Program delivery group.
Performing secretariat roles for both the ISCF Quantum Challenge delivery boards and the NQTP delivery group meetings. Chasing updates with senior stakeholders such as NPL, GCHQ, MOD, NQCC - to compile their inputs into delivery packs, and being responsible for the day-to-day tick/BAU of that delivery.
Tracking and incepting co-investment models against private investment - utilizing Beauhurst
Supporting and providing project management/program management expertise to a range of various complex programs and challenges within the ISCF, including transforming construction, prospering from the energy revolution, data to early diagnosis, medicine manufacturing, and digital security by design.
