My job role involves setting up equipment for a rescue in confined spaces, planning the entry and egress, completing relevant paperwork and performing a dynamic risk assessment for the task. Making sure to follow site procedures and ensuring the upmost safety for the client is paramount. As a First Attack Firefighter I am also responsible for completing rounds on Warship projects and surrounding dockside, performing checks and auditing all of the firefighting equipment, responding to fire alarms and casualties along with performing sentry duties. I am fully trained in all areas relating to my job including the use of BA. all firefighting equipment along with HWS and cleaning.

I have full up to date clearance to work in the SRC and 9 Dock.

I worked as part of a team managing stock on the shop floor, assisting customers with their queries and dealt with any complaints professionally and assisting in the cleaning of the store.

I assisted in the warehouse making sure everything was running smoothly and efficiently by unloading lorries, relocating stock and handling the clean-up of waste.

First point of contact for members of the public looking for advice and assistance looking for work. I worked as part of a team helping customers use the computer systems and provide professional advice.

I assisted with CV and cover letter creation, helping amend documents, setting up email and job seeking accounts for those without and relevant technical skills. We assisted a deaf customer who was having trouble finding work using the computer systems as a way to communicate and create a CV, boosting their confidence in the support we provide.

My duties involved helping serve and communicate with customers who had queries, helping out in the store room moving furniture, organising store goods and repairing any broken items. I also worked as part of a team collecting donated items and delivering goods to customers.

I worked as part of a team, accurately keying in address information making sure we achieved timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines so the Royal Mail's AI automaton system was able to identify the illegible writing on the posted items. We often received benefits for performance and group effort due to the letters being processed efficiently, scanned and delivered on time.
