I believe that developing the confidence to express one's authentic self is an essential skill that anyone can cultivate. This philosophy is at the core of my work with professionals.
With over twelve years of experience as a training consultant, I have delivered impactful training across diverse sectors. My clients have included CVC Capital Investments (Presentation Skills and Difficult Conversations), the European Investment Bank (Coaching and Mentoring), the Institute of Civil Engineers (Building Dynamic Teams), and E.ON Next (Assertiveness and Speaking Candidly). More recently, I have worked with CH&CO (Influencing & Negotiation), Catapult (Presenting & Pitching), and Chanel (Project Management and Presentation Skills).
MY APPROACH
I help individuals communicate authentically by providing them with simple, effective tools that build both skill and confidence. By focusing on positive psychology and highlighting their existing strengths, I facilitate a smoother and faster learning process. I remind clients of key communication principles they may already know—such as the importance of good listening, understanding others’ perspectives when influencing, and the power of conveying a vision with conviction when leading. Whether presenting or leading, effective communication of core messages requires practice. I also emphasize practical techniques such as speaking at an appropriate pace, maintaining inclusive eye contact, using strategic pauses, and asking thoughtful questions—all of which require consistent practice. I create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to develop these essential skills, establish more effective communication patterns, and build lasting confidence.
Designing and delivering bespoke training programs for private and public sector clients, specializing in Presentation, Assertiveness, and Leadership. Empowered delegates to build confidence, enhance self-awareness, and gain a clear understanding of their skills. Helped participants develop the ability to deliver clear, concise messages, negotiate effectively, influence others, offer alternative solutions, and manage time efficiently. Supported individuals in demonstrating greater authority in group dynamics and presenting with conviction and passion.

Designed and delivered a bespoke two-year leadership programme for high-achieving future leaders at NTT DATA Business Solutions. The programme focused on situational leadership styles, personal leadership development, the Five Dysfunctions of a Team, building and maintaining trust, and mastering the skills of delivering effective feedback and handling difficult conversations.
