I am a highly motivated individual with a drive to change my career.
During my working career and personal life, I have gained a lot of experience with computers and IT systems. In my role as a Finance Assistant I began to learn how to use excel and various formulas to create invoices from product lists. During my time as a Marketing Assistant, I expanded that knowledge and learned how to create pivot tables and analytics dashboards. In my current role, I became proficient in the in-house IT systems and learned how to troubleshoot faults and assisted other agents to remedy the issues. I also helped organise the server room to make troubleshooting connectivity issues quicker.
