Joined the company in 2016 as an apprentice and progressed into a dual role as a hands-on engineer and supervisor, now among the most qualified on the shop floor.

Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of electric motors (AC/DC), generators, alternators, pumps, gearboxes, inverters, and drives across a wide range of industrial applications.

In the workshop, I oversee and support apprentices while carrying out complex dismantling, fault diagnosis, and full machine overhauls on equipment received from customers nationwide.

On-site, attend customer locations to service, diagnose, and repair critical machinery or coordinate removal for workshop overhaul when required.

Developed strong customer-facing skills, clearly communicating technical issues and solutions to ensure efficient and professional service and minimal downtime.
