Plymouth Backpackers was a budget accommodation provider, which I managed for 7 years. I was in charge of all aspects of the business, from the day-to-day operations to overall strategic planning.

As Hotel Manager, I grew the business, demonstrating outstanding customer service by actively listening, problem-solving and addressing concerns efficiently. Flexible, respectful and professional, I navigated challenging situations calmly, offering tailored solutions based on customer experiences and critical thinking. My role included managing staff performance, conducting appraisals and leading training programs to ensure high standards in guest services, room conditions and housekeeping.
