Working at polymeric lables was a fun and new experience but also a challenge at the same time as it was a very busy and fast paced enviroment, here are some of my responsibilites i had whilst there:

• Kept clean work areas, promoting better productivity and safety standards.
• Supported other departments as required; demonstrated flexibility and team spirit.
• Organised products in designated areas, facilitating easier access and retrieval when needed.
• Assisted in inventory management, ensuring accurate records were kept.
• Met tight deadlines by efficiently processing incoming shipments.
• Inspected inventory to identify damaged or missing items.
• Performed routine maintenance on warehouse machinery to prevent breakdowns and delays.

• My time at jd warehouse in rochdale was interesting as it's the first time i had worked in a warehouse enviroment with heavy machinery, here are the main responsibilites i had:
• operating a large machine with multiple rotating arms that collected different bins/boxes of returned clothing.
• Keeping and maintaining a clean and hazard free work station/area.
• Staying ready and flexible as depending on work load i would be sent to different departments to do other work different to my main role.

• My time in the army as an infantry soldier is probably the hardest thing i've ever done and the thing i'm most proud of. Whilst serving i gained quite a few skills including:
• Some leadership skills
• Great time keeping and punctuality
• Working well under pressure and in a team or on my own
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to try and learn new things.
• Fairly flexible and can adapt to different challenges and obstacles

• I worked at Screwfix for 7 months and my duties included- Picking orders from the warehouse, serving customers on the tills, answering the phone and welcoming customers at front of house.

• I worked as a self-employed painter and decorator. I worked weekends, and started the role in London, painting a costa coffee. For 3 weeks I painted a new Italian Prosecco and Food restaurant called Blue Lobster in Alderley Edge.

• I worked in a five-man team, my job role was to maintain the college. We painted everything from classrooms to the canteens. I worked under the estates section of the college, and people would report jobs on the system, we would then check the jobs and their urgency level, and plan which jobs needdoing when and how quickly they need to be sorted out. I also did my level 1 maths whilst being on this 13 months apprenticeship. At the end of it I came out with a Level 2 NVQ in painting and decorating.
