One of my proudest achievements so far has been my political activism. At 17. I attended my national party conference alone where i spoke to senior cabinet officials about a critical lack of youth involvement in the party - suggesting solutions and policy initiatives. I was keen to make the most out of my experience and took every chance to discuss and sell my ideas to a far older and established crowd. Despite initial nerves i was glad to have seized the opportunity and develop my interpersonal communication and pitching skills
Since leaving college i have been set on getting straight into a professional environment. Opportunities at university or gap years travelling with friends were far outweighed by a chance to start an ambitious role in sales at a young age. Since in 3-4 years time people my age will be achieving degrees in sales related areas i see it as imperative to build experience, connections and most importantly skills in these years to not be caught behind the curve. The reason for my interest in a sales executive role specifically is the high ceiling for OTEs. This is not only an immense financial incentive but also an opportunity to show i can more than deliver on company targets and build a reliable record. This is far more appealing than other jobs available which have very strict set pay ceilings with no reward for excellence. This being said I Am also flexible on the role at Sytner as if my skills are thought to be better allocated in another department i would be more than happy to explore those avenues. I would greatly appreciate the chance to develop my skills and career in sales at Sytner group Audi and the opportunity to prove myself as a young, ambitious candidate.
