My secondary role on this site was a Fixers Mate, where I would assist a Fixer with his installation tasks on the façade.

As an Apprentice Engineer I worked with and learned from a small highly skilled team of Maintenance Engineers.

Some key elements of my job role consisted of:

• Conducting routine equipment inspections for preventative maintenance.
• Assisting senior engineers with complex project tasks.
• Maintaining workshop cleanliness to ensure safe working conditions.
• Handling troubleshooting tasks, effectively reducing system downtime.

As a Kitchen and Catering Assistant at Wicksteed Park I was involved in the sales of food, and the production of food for customers at the park, whether it was private functions, or general public days out.

Some key elements of my job included:

• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen area to ensure health and safety regulations were met.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other team members for smooth catering operations during events.
• Handling cash transactions with customers, maintaining integrity and accuracy at all times.
