Personal Information

I am a father of two and love everything about it, particularly witnessing their development and sharing in my passions of sport, music and the environment in particular. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy, participating in cycling, running and the odd triathlon. I have undertaken several long distant cycle challenges in the UK, Europe & Australia and run 2 marathons and many half marathons, raising money for charities on most occasions. I have a love of music - and live music in particular – and have been fortunate to see many artists on my eclectic list, including at numerous festivals. I also volunteer with services for children and adults with physical and learning difficulties, helping with regular organised sessions and providing support to individuals. In order to help others, I donate platelets and have passed over 100 donations.
