Current role is focused on motor insurance for the Broker business in Personal Lines Underwriting, performing pricing duties for a section of business writing c175,000 policies. Two years prior experience in the same role for Broker's home book.

• Implementing pricing changes and projects, including new pricing models and full model calibration. Excel and Radar focused.
• Proposing targeted rate changes as well as presenting these changes to various stakeholders.
• Data analysis focused on performance of the business, including demonstrating our compliance to the Financial Conduct Authority.
• Communicating with other teams and investigating causes for pricing differences between our systems, and fixing to keep quote prices being optimized as intended.
• Assisting in resolving customer pricing queries, investigating price changes and resolving with our Ops teams.
• Being involved with new starter training. Assisting the development of new members on both Home and Motor, new starter shadowing, creating guides to help with more routine tasks and presenting to graduates on various elements of pricing.

First two years at Aviva were with the Strategic Partners team, primarily looking after the performance and implementing price changes for the HSBC Home Insurance portion of the business. This also included assisting with the preparation of closed book tethering for TSB.

Invoice and credit processing for a property management company. Managing BACS payments and supplier payments.

Assisting the senior lecturer in mathematics seminars to help foundation year STEM students understanding their assignments. Level ranged from GCSE to early degree level mathematics
