• Having now worked here for two years I have learnt valuable customer service when working in the shop by Processing sales, exchanges and refund transactions efficiently to reduce customer waiting times, in addition to Handling heavy equipment and tools, from multi-purpose jacks to mobile column lifts, Replaced and fitted new tyres, offering customers various budget and quality options to best meet their needs, detailed various cars applying protective and restorative agents to improve the vehicle appearance and prepared cars for paint by sanding down and filling small holes and rusted areas with filler to improve appearance.

In spare time when i am not at college or work, i Organise Photoshoots, making sure I Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with clients to achieve customer satisfaction. I have successfully learnt and Utilised Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom software Applying digital styling techniques to enhance photo colour and quality, editing to align with brand guidelines. I have also Collaborated with multiple other photographers creating our own events, making a strong rapport with clients, helping to capture individual personality in each image.

This was a summer job while I was not at college. In my time at the farm, I spent the days helping with the harvest work. Such as driving tractors with a trailer, a teleporter to load grain. other jobs included managing high-volume HGV deliveries across rural areas, manoeuvring tractors effectively in tight spaces, Harvested items as a team at a high tempo to consistently meet farming objectives and prevent crop loss not matter the weather. Ensured delivery paperwork was both accurately completed and processed after shifts.

I worked here as my first job on a Saturday morning every week, I helped out with MOT'S, cleaned and detailed customers car ensuring they were happy at pick up, made tea and coffee for customers and workers, and ensured the workshop was clean by performing regular tasks such as emptying all the bins, sweeping, moving parts around the workshop, using car lifts and overlooking experienced colleagues perform more advanced tasks

I am currently studying Engineering at Lincoln UTC, a small University Technical College in Lincoln, that specialises in science and engineering. I am aiming to finish around May 23rd, leaving in the summer with a predicted grade of DMM
