Carry out and review risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with safety procedures, work instructions, and regulations to protect staff and the public.
- Plan and coordinate programmed works, procure materials in advance to prevent delays, and maintain high standards of quality and workmanship. Manage high voltage outages, network switching, and the issuing of relevant safety documentation.
- Additionally, take an active lead in the development and upskilling of personnel, and oversee the management of KPIs and compliance metrics for reporting and presentation to senior leadership teams.
