In this job I have went to two schools and one summer scheme and a weekend community Centre. It has made me a lot more resilient, independent and hard working

1.The first was in Oakfield academy primary school doing interventions after my university placement they kept me on for both reception classes. As i was well suited to early years, the skills I learned from this school were how to be prepared, adaptable and patience

2. Finchwood Academy this is a behavioral school, so in this school I had to stay calm in heated situations as some pupils will have a very short tempered, so it was essential to succeed in that school. I was able to build a very strong relationship with the pupils in my class by being professional but also someone that they can easily talk to

3.blue bell park school summer scheme this was a SEN summer scheme I was there for two-three days a week for around 4 weeks, I needed to be firm but speak with a soft voice so I was able to learn how to creative a calm environment for all the children that attended and my behavioral management

4.SEN community Centre was for around three weeks over summer, from this I learnt how to be more creative in my lessons and how I can add more sensory activates that quickly calm children down.

I have worked in one school with Connex called Redbridge high school, this was an SEN school that had a lot of different ability's and ages that I was able to work with, ranging from pupils in a wheel chair to pupils with different learning difficulty's. It has made me release how to react in different situation by staying calm and being able to say the correct things to defuse a situation

I worked in Bank view primary and high school, I was 1-1 a year 5 pupil with ADHD and ASD, for the first 3/4 weeks of the first month of September. As i was 1-1 a pupil we got very close so I understood what made him angry very quickly and found different techniques to defuse situations before they exoculated as he would tend to throw chairs and attack either staff or pupils which he did not while I was there.
