My experience has given me strong skills in effective interpersonal communication, critical-thinking, and process & procedure understanding. As well as this, my time as a STEP Engineer built up my active learning skills, as it was a small company I had the opportunity to learn from far more experienced team members. This in turn also helped me develop my listening and observation skills as I got to see more senior roles within the company up close. Working with software also developed my stress and pressure management abilities and I am sure I can leverage these competencies in any other role.
