My first professional role was that of a learning support assistant, this role helped me improve a number of skills and gain a number of traits that I believe are important when working in management, such as patience sometimes volatile and high stress situations as I was often working with students with severe learning and behavioural problems.
In my next role I was a lifeguard supervisor which was also a high stress environment on occasion, the role made me more vigilant in following health and safety protocols, as well as hygiene, regular training was needed to keep up to date with legal and statutory requirements for a pool environment.
I am currently an experienced supervisor committed to continuous professional development and self-improvement. I like to take on further roles in order to gain experience and expand my knowledge in the business sector, as I already have a bachelors degree in business management. I like to do my best to deliver excellent service and results , I believe in strong team focused ethic to maximise productivity, I am a strong leader but also very democratic in my approach as I believe everyone in a business has value and can offer unique insights.
