I am constantly working to reach my goals and targets whilst providing the highest standard of customer and colleague care. I have been in customer service roles since I started working and I really enjoy making a difference to peoples experiences.
I used to be a supervisor at Sainsburys where I ran the front end of the store and produced schedules on a daily basis. This Job was made very chaotic throughout the Coronavirus pandemic with policy changes and the constant smell of hand sanitizer. During this time I worked hard to keep everything running smoothly and support staff members to the best of my ability. I love to travel and explore new places. I spent a month travelling around Australia. Whilst there I stayed in hostels where I met people from all over the world.
I have a passion for buying and selling vintage clothes. I have sold many items on apps such as Depop. This has allowed me to connect with individuals and businesses to discuss clothing and ideas on how to progress in future endeavours.
Overall I am a hard working person who enjoys a challenge. I have really enjoyed my years of working within multiple company's and businesses.
I currently work remotely 5 days a week. I have been part of many roles within John Lewis such as: Carriers and Bookings, Refunds and Returns, Gift Cards and PayPal team. I have been selected for 2 specialist teams due to the quality of my work and personal statistics. This job has furthered my knowledge of multiple systems and online tools such as Google Suites. I learn something new everyday as no case or query is the same.
Whilst working as a Supervisor at Sainsburys I learnt many skills and really developed within the company and as a person. I worked throughout Coronavirus and assisted many struggling people. I won multiple employee of month and recognition awards for my service and support. I have completed a first aid course and I was able to apply this when people needed help. This job helped me develop communication skills and customer needs.
This was my first job and I worked weekends. I started with a new company called Bunnings and helped build up the company within the local area. It taught me great customer service and excellent product knowledge.
