As I approach the completion of my Economics degree at the University of St Andrews, I am eager to build upon the analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills developed throughout my studies by pursuing a career in finance. My academic background has provided me with a strong understanding of financial markets, economic theory, and data analysis, while my professional experiences have strengthened my communication, client relationship, and decision-making abilities. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my knowledge in a challenging and fast-paced environment, continue developing my technical expertise, and contribute meaningfully within a dynamic financial organisation. I am particularly keen to learn from experienced professionals, broaden my understanding of the industry, and establish a long-term career in finance.

Having the opportunity to work closely with and support these clients in a specialised and personalised manner has been both incredibly rewarding and invaluable, strengthening my communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
Coaching and mentoring young hockey players. As a youth hockey coach, I developed strong leadership, patience, and communication skills while supporting players of varying ages and abilities. The role often required resolving challenging situations, managing conflicts calmly, and adapting my coaching approach to individual needs. Helping young athletes develop both on and off the pitch has been highly rewarding, while strengthening my ability to lead, motivate, and make sound decisions under pressure.
