Errigal Contracts is one of the market leaders in large scale fit out and new build across the United Kingdom and Mainland Europe. I was specifically employed to help expand the European branch of the business which had seen recent success in securing large scape data centres across Europe for client such as Amazon, Microsoft, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca. During this time, the European arm saw growth double in the last two quarters of the calendar year in 2024. My key focus was targeting the markets within Germany, and Austria, with input across Sweden and Spain.

Lendlease Construction Pty Ltd is one of Australia's top tier construction companies delivering a range of projects across both domestically and globally. I form part of a large team focused on the delivery of the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) and the newly connected transport and light rail interchange, at a project value of approximately AU450m

In performing my role, I:

• Provide clear and empowering project leadership and governance;
• Manage a large and diverse team ensuring each person is accepted equally and contribution considered;
• Create and lead the authority and stakeholder management requirements as per a self-developed project Authorities Management Plan;
• Implement and oversee the correct application of the EH&S systems;
• Set and deliver project sustainability objectives and targets;
• Have overall responsibility of the construction planning and productivity;
• Am responsible for the development, approval, and implementation of the project quality plan to ensure high level delivery of the project;
• Oversee and review all financial and contract management, including reviewing team member estimates of forecasting and cost commitments;
• Ensure that all procurement activities are implemented as per the procurement strategy plan, ensuring clear scope of works are defined;
• Lead the construction delivery of the project from initial planning through to project completion and handover planning;
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team on the project to maintain open communication about project issues and provide resolutions;
• Lead a team of engineers, graduates, and site team providing career guidance and mentoring and ensuring a high-performing and collaborative environment

Projex Building Group is a medium-size commercial builder delivering education, government, private, and residential projects. During my time at Projex Building Group, I contributed to project tenders, planning, delivery and project handover, working on various projects approximately AU5-20m. I led the delivery of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring clear planning and prioritisation of works, and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.

While completing my studies, I worked part-time with a local residential builder to further develop my skills in project management and construction knowledge. My key focus was to lead business expansion, building and maintaining a broad network and fostering client and stakeholder relationships. During this time, I supported business model restructuring, enhancing operational efficiency with the implementation of structured delivery systems and processes.

Milin Building Group Pty Ltd is a large-scale residential building company delivering high quality multi-residential units. At Milin Building I successfully completed a four-year Building Cadetship, supporting the project management of large-scale residential projects ranging from AUD50m to AUD110m. As part of my cadetship, I obtained vast construction knowledge across large multi-story residential builders ranging from large area projects to high rise developments. By the end of my cadetship, I was given the opportunity to manage large structural and services packages on the Trilogy Towers project.
