  • Effectively ran an SME fit out (20% shareholder) business from top-to-toe alongside the major shareholder.
  • Pre construction management - Initial client engagement customer facing role. Extremely well mannered and presentable.
  • Conduct initial site surveys of commercial spaces and organising intrusive surveys if required
  • Informing design decisions to ensure realistic and deliverable schemes, given site constraints, conditions, brief and budget
  • Proficient in understanding MEP and GA technical drawings o built environment.
  • Good awareness of non-dom Building Regulations
  • Producing pricing schedules and involved in VE thereafter
  • Responsible for procurement for entire process. Extensive contact list and resource available.
