A high level of literacy to be able to interpret source documents/evidence/legislation and then create and maintain a variety of documents including:
- Submissions to the Appeal Tribunal;
- Letters in response to appeals, and complaints
- Training plans and course material;
- Policies and strategies;
- Procedures – both technical and customer orientated;
- Information bulletins, to staff, senior management, members and
- Reports for/from management and outside agencies; and
- Staff assessments
