James Hillier

Salisbury,Wiltshire

Summary

I am a very honest person who has had significant time demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills both for Nicholas and Harris and Tesco's.

I know that James on a good day is a huge asset to any business. As I have matured I have realized I can put my hand to anything I choose, with a strong overall skillset.

Working at various levels from base level worker up to senior team gives me a broad understanding of different levels of business, how they operate and how decisions made directly effect operations.

I am not the type of person who wants to stay in a particular role indefinitely, in fact for me there is nothing more de-motivating than thinking tomorrow will just be the very same as today.

I am ready for a move, ready to demonstrate further improvements and to grow my skills in this business whichever path that takes me down.
