I have an extensive background in the hospitality trade, working as a head chef and kitchen manager, as a result of the Covid pandemic i retrained to become a delivery driver for multi and single drop roles.
As a Head Chef i was responsible for all aspects of kitchen management and maintenance - working with suppliers and equipment companies to get the best quality and standard of product. I was creating menus, sourcing suppliers, designing kitchens and working in customer facing roles handling cash payments.
As a delivery driver I enjoy the variety of the role, meeting new people and I have a genuine love for driving. I pride myself on efficiency whilst maintaining excellent service.
