Within this part-time job I am responsible for the care of deceased family members ensuring the up-most care and respect when handling the deceased and family members. I was responsible for making sure the identity of the deceased, ensuring we have the correct equipment when undergoing a take-home. Furthermore, ensuring we have the correct PPE in gloves when undergoing a removal from a carehome or a families home. This has taught me to be caring,respectful and compassionate at all times as its vital for the job to esnure anyone who is involved feeling at ease with the situations as much as possible despite the great sadness it brings to others.

For this part-time job i had i was responsible helping with events and the hiring of the function room, making sure all bookings are diarised, setting up decorations, stocking the shelves, making sure all requests are met and up to date. I provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the customers.

Duties included filing paper work, filing, organising family requests to make sure all needs are met, I was also liaising with other branches to sort out paper work and finances. I always keep a professional manner, showing empathy, compassion and understanding at all times.
