• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards (e.g., CQC in the UK).
• Acting as a leader in the absence of the Unit Manager, making decisions to maintain smooth operations.
• Overseeing the delivery of person-centered care to ensure safety and dignity for patients with complex mental health needs.
• Assisting in the formulation and review of individualized care plans.
