• Maintained animation studios performing troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment such as PCs, Mac's Wacom tablets, Wacom cintiqs and scanners.
• Managed operating systems and software deployments for student labs and animation studios as well as related software upgrade problems.
• Monitored server room, wireless network and other server infrastructure, keeping systems running smoothly. Using Render farm server and CodeMeter to deploy software licenses for Toon Boom, Tv Paint, Cinema 4D and Maya.

Curation

• Liaised with suppliers and vendors for prompt delivery of stop motion materials, studio equipment and studio hardware.
• Setting up year 1, 2 and 3 graduation shows which includes: editing final shows, setting up exhibitions, organizing prints, ordering prizes and catering.
• Working with facilities team and supervised multiple studio restructuring projects from start through delivery by prioritizing needs and delegating assignments.
