- 2020 - 2024: Openreach Manager - High-level Escalations field team directly reporting to MD and CEO. Managing financial budgets, applying CDM to required programs of work.
- 2016: Promoted to newly established Chief Engineers team consisting of small number of highly skilled engineers whom were responsible for FTTP program in London.
- 2013: Continued working with Cisco systems and supporting rollout of FTTC installations.
- 2012: Leading member of highly skilled engineers to install and maintain specially designed fibre network for 2012 London Olympics. Programmed and configured Cisco equipment for telephony with secure internet access equipment.
- 2003: Joined BT at apprentice level as telephone engineer and quickly promoted to working on Defence Secure Voice/Data Systems, along side cryptographic equipment also obtained government security clearance for MOD locations and surrounding Airports.
