  • Daily duties consisted of monitoring live chat, using UserVoice (customer service inbox) to contact customers and help solve their queries, taking inbound phone calls and helping customers out over the phone. solved between 20-30 queries a day.
  • Purpose was to help sell Christmas trees and accessories, and help customers make purchases, Provided information and advice on in-person stores. In peak period, took between 10-15 store related calls a day.
  • This role required a deep understanding of products and services, and how to resolve customer issues, it also taught how to use the company’s CRM software and other customer service software tools

  • Due to working at an express store I fulfil a variety of roles. The three most significant are shopfloor, tills and deliveries.
  • For shopfloor I worked as part of a team to ensure that the shelves are always stocked. Which required knowledge of what stock is likely to be depleted quickly (e.g Alcohol on the weekends), and I thrived working as part of a small team in order to hit our daily targets.
  • For the tills good customer service is essential, as interacting with members of the public it is essential to remain polite and maintain a professional and personable demeanour.
  • I have an intricate understanding or legal processes such as challenge 25 which are in place to protect the business and in some cases public safety, which allows me to excel in this position.
  • Deliveries requires good communication and teamwork as delivery cages are large, heavy and delivery tippers must coordinate to avoid injury.

  • The COO delegated the task of creating a visual pipeline to be used in marketing Career Support to potential applicants, as well as for onboarding any future new starters within Career Support
