As well as working as a casual technician I have spent 3+ has a freelance technician, working for a variety of companies such as:
In this time I have further honed my ability to lead teams in which I have no prior rapport with, often completing jobs in tough situations in unfamiliar locations. The majority of the jobs have been lighting based often requiring a specific know how in how to traverse the demands of the client. A small list of jobs such as:
With such such plethora of different locations often came the demand to adapt and find work arounds to any normal way of completing a job . For example having to comply with various in house rules such as keeping noise to a minimum, being harness trained in often high and dangerous situations. Often times it feel upon myself to communicate effectively with clients, often realizing that they themselves were not sure what exactly it is they wanted. Being able to formulate vision as well as an in-depth plan on how to execute it became a relatively big part of most jobs
With a vast amount of experience I now adapt to any given job presented with relative ease, hence being encouraged to take on a management role in a more official capacity.
