  • Full autonomy for managing own P&L and all day-to-day aspects of what is essentially a stand-alone operation providing trade kitchen supplies.
  • A client base of 750, from small firms to FTSE 250 companies.
  • Promoted youngest Depot Manager in the South East Region and tasked with improving an under-achieving depot. Within 3 years sales increased from £1.7 million to £2.5 million (47% increase) during challenging trading conditions. Trading profits rose by 201%.
  • On the back of this performance, appointed manager of current, larger, depot with a strong focus upon contract business. Within first full year of running the depot I increased turnover by 28% in 2022.
  • In 2023 I am on course to grow the business by a further 18.2%. Whilst also substantially growing trading profits with a very tight control over costs.
  • Coached, developed, and trained current team members to reach business metrics.
  • Initiated new programme tracking and compliance with existing SOPs. Managed senior-level personnel working in marketing and sales capacities.
