• Maintained smooth-running business operations by delegating priorities to staff abilities, keeping Team happy allowing for best service to all guests.

• Starting at Store Assistant level to learn Aldi basics, in filling shelves, working with tills and to create bonds with team and management.
• Aldi being very fast paced and hard working I found my grove quickly and got opportunity to be promoted to Deputy Manager which I took readily and started working with safety and helping Senior Managers in running site and utilizing time management to best keep site working efficiently and keeping team and customers happy.

Supporting managers in their daily tasks, keeping site clean and safe for both team and customers. Checking stocks and making sure that all team were happy to work by keeping moral high and helping all team when needed.

• Working as a Warehouse Hand I was physically challenged most days as it was intensive work with tight time constraints and high quality of work needed
• Although I enjoyed the short time I spent at John Pyes, I didn't find it particularly rewarding, but the team there was fun to be with and great to work with.

• Started as a normal member of staff and worked hard in all aspects of this job, going above and beyond on all required duties regularly
• After 6 months was promoted to Team Leader in which I had the personal responsibilities of Staff Compliance, Zonal, Pronett, Line Cleans, Cellar Audits, Kitchen Checks, General Site Safety, Recruitment and Christmas Organization
• Normal responsibilities management shared were Cash Procedures, Ordering, Stock, Pay Roll and Security
• Working closely with teammates as their floor mentor before they were transferred onto bar, this meant all staff had strong respect and friendship with me allowing staff to effectively work smoothly on both quiet and busy shifts
• I had begun progression onto Deputy Manager but left Stonegate prior to completing the course.

• Placed centrally on bar to welcome patrons with constant smiles in a local pub serving drinks, cleaning and working with a small committed team and the pub Landlord/Manager on a regular basis
• Keeping the pub clean and tidy, doing regular stock checks and aiding deliveries and line cleans weekly.
