  • Working closely with teammates as their floor mentor before they were transferred onto bar, this meant all staff had strong respect and friendship with me allowing staff to effectively work smoothly on both quiet and busy shifts
  • I had begun progression onto Deputy Manager but left Stonegate prior to completing the course.
