Created new business processes for vehicle logistics, parts procurement (including supplier negotiations), people management and financial customer flows. Work resulted in first customer onboarded as facility was constructed and over 425 Vehicles in the first 12 months generating over £1.5 Million in revenue. This business is a first for Ford Motor Company and is now being established in Germany with vehicle volumes expected to hit 4,500 PA in 2026.
- Developed and delivered external training sessions to technical and non technical audiences (From engineer level to CEO) across 8 major European Counties on new technologies and how they can improve their vehicle conversions. This resulted in approx 64 sessions being delivered, generating over 16,000 orders for new technologies.
- Lead engineering workstreams to support customers and converters in their transition to Electric Vehicles including but not limited to: Utility Companies (3,500+ Vehicles), Last Mile Delivery Companies (2,500+ Vehicles), Roadside Support Vehicles (750 Vehicles), Supermarket Delivery Vehicles (350+ Vehicles), The worlds first electric box body Ambulance & Eclectic Mustang Paramedic vehicle Fleet in London. Work successfully delivered near 100% Functionality in conversion of ICE counterparts. (Not to brag but I also Co-engineered the Worlds first Mobile BEV Sauna...)
- Lead Customer engagement and onboarding for prototype software for parcel delivery companies (Algorithm developed to deliver parcels based on energy needed to deliver vs mileage and location). Trials resulted in a 39% Reduction in Fuel usage for fleets of ICE Vehicles with BEV Vehicle trials ongoing.
